If requester does not have Jira/Confluence access :

• EP Request > Select Form > Fill out Marketing-Jira/Confluence access request
  → Please refer to the pptx manual on the right

• After EP approval, (Select 1 or 2 below)

  • 1: Create ticket on Help Desk
    → Please refer to the pptx manual on the right

  • 2: Send request email to [e-mail]

If requester does not have project access :

• Help Desk - Issues - Jira (atlassian.net) > Issue type: Authority Request/Assignee: pcoadmin2

*Precautions for Jira

1. Login with AD account password. (linked to AD password, not EP account)

2. Cannot be accessed with Explorer

3. Enter your email domain as “@lge.com” when logging in.

4. AD password expires every 3 months, so you need to modify it periodically.

5. People who don’t use the LGE cloud do not receive notifications

6. when the AD account password expires, so if you suddenly cannotlog in, you need to change the AD password.
